RETURN POLICY
Web orders are eligible for a full refund.
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
Returned Merchandise must be:
- Unworn.
- Unwashed.
- Free of any alterations or damages.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any HAUTE WHEELS hangtags, attached.
- For hygiene reasons cosmetics, earrings, undergarments cannot be returned.
- All SALE items are a FINAL SALE and are not redeemable for exchange or credit.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage.
For purchases made in person at a truck party or event, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

How should you send your return back?
We will issue an Return Authorization (RA). Once received, securely pack your item with a copy of the RA.
Print or purchase a shipping label to the return address listed below and once item is received we will process your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
PROCESSING TIME
- We process all returns within 7-14 Business days of receiving your items.
- We will send you an email with the details of your processed return.
